I created coupons for my Customer to purchase, and now they show that they are all expired. What happened to the coupons?

TRACT has an automated process that reviews available and purchased coupons. Every coupon with a status of "Purchased" changes to "Expired" when the redemption date occurs. The coupons you are looking at were purchased and not used and now they are expired because their expiration period has been reached. Before the expiration period occurs, you have the option to prevent the coupons from expiring by changing the expiration period a future date.
