How do I apply an adjustment to a Customer account?

From the TRACT Desktop, go to the Navigation Bar and go to Accounts >> Account Search. Perform a Customer Search to find the Customer. After finding the Customer in the search results, click on the Customer's Billing Account number in the Account column to open the Customer's Billing Account. In the Billing Account, scroll down to find the Account Adjustments pane. Click on Add to open the Account Adjustment window. Enter the adjustment information in the Account Adjustment window and then click on Finish. The adjustment is created and ready to be posted. Post the adjustment when appropriate to do so, or your business may require a second person to actually post the adjustment. Also, different Roles have different limits on the amount of adjustment that a Role can post.
