How do I create a Billing Account?

From the TRACT Desktop, click on the button under Quick Links either New Personal Account or New Enterprise Account and enter the required information. If the person or enterprise is an existing Customer and wants to add another order, then click on Add Order and enter their Billing Account number.
In addition to the Quick Links, you can also go to the Navigation Bar and go to Accounts >> Account Search. After performing a search to see if the Customer exists, the search results are returned and you will use of the following scenarios:

  • If the Customer already exists, AND they have a current Billing Account, click on that Billing Account.
  • If the Customer already exists, AND they have a current Billing Account, you and they may choose to create a new, additional Billing Account.
  • If the Customer already exists, and they have a closed Billing Account, you may choose to create a new Billing Account.
  • If the Customer already exists, but they have never had a Billing Account with your company, continue and create a Billing Account.
